2、 Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge

The Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge is a cross sea bridge under construction in East Asia, connecting Lantau Island in Hong Kong, the Macau Peninsula, and Zhuhai City in Guangdong Province. It has a total length of 49.968 kilometers and the main project, the "Sea Bridge Tunnel," is 35.578 kilometers long.

On December 15, 2009, the construction of the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge officially began; On September 27, 2016, the main project of the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge was fully completed; It is expected to be completed and open to traffic by the end of 2017.

On May 2, 2017, the immersed tube tunnel of the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge was successfully closed. On July 7th, the connection work of the underwater tunnel section of the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge was successfully completed.
