Battery Ear Peeling TesterPurpose: Used for testing and analyzing the mechanical properties of cathode and anode materials, such as stretching and peeling. It has three closed-loop control methods of stress, strain, and displacement, and can calculate parameters such as maximum force, tensile strength, elastic modulus, and fracture elongation.
Testing principle: By applying a constant peeling force (180 ° or 90 ° angle), measure the adhesive strength between the electrode ear and the current collector (copper foil/aluminum foil), and evaluate the reliability of the welding or coating process.
Preparation before operation:
Equipment inspection:
Confirm that the power supply, sensors, and control system are normal, the fasteners are not loose, and the fixtures are not worn.
Check the environmental temperature and humidity (recommended 10~35 ℃, humidity ≤ 80%).
Sample preparation:
Cut the polarizer to standard size (such as 400mm × 10mm), with smooth and burr free edges.
Use double-sided tape to attach the sample to the test steel plate, ensuring there are no bubbles or offsets.
Security protection:
Wear goggles and gloves, and do not touch moving fixtures with bare hands.
Testing process:
Fixture installation:
Fix the sample steel plate to the lower fixture, clamp the ear part into the upper fixture, and maintain a 180 ° or 90 ° peeling angle.
Adjust the position of the retaining ring (special attention should be paid to the small force sensor).
Parameter settings:
Select the testing mode (constant speed/constant force peeling), with a recommended speed of 50-100mm/min.
Set the stripping distance (to cover the entire length of the sample) and load range (to avoid overloading).
Perform testing:
After calibration reset, start the device and monitor the tension displacement curve in real-time.
Press the emergency stop switch immediately when there is an abnormality.
Data analysis and maintenance:
Result processing:
Record the average peel force (N/m or kgf/cm) and analyze the stability of the BC section of the curve.
Check the fracture surface status of the sample (such as delamination and residual colloids).
Equipment maintenance:
Clean fixtures and sensors, lubricate transmission components monthly.
Long term disuse requires emptying the medium and applying rust proof oil.
