IT7900 Product Introduction

The T7900 series products represent a new generation of programmable, full four quadrant power grid simulators, and can also serve as four quadrant power amplifiers, suitable for testing various grid connected products. For example, PCS, energy storage systems, microgrids, BOBC (V2X), and power related hardware circuit simulation (PHiL), etc. Using silicon carbide (SiC) technology, we provide a professional islanding test mode. Users can set R, L, C, active and reactive power parameters, simulate nonlinear loads in the power grid, and achieve certification testing for islanding protection. The IT7900 series has energy recovery function, providing 100% current absorption capacity and feedback to the grid through the device, saving electricity and heat dissipation costs.
The IT7900 series feedback power grid simulator adopts a high power density design, with a power of up to 15kVA and a voltage of up to 350V L-N within a volume of 3U. Through master-slave parallel operation, the power can be easily expanded to 960kVA. The rich operating modes meet the needs of users for single-phase, three-phase, reverse phase, and multi-channel testing. In reverse phase mode, the voltage can be extended to 200% of the rated voltage. The powerful arbitrary waveform editing function can simulate various power grid disturbance waveforms, making it an ideal choice for testing and research laboratories.
