What kind of equipment is the UV curing flat coating machine
Date: 2025-07-30Read: 26
UV curing flat plate coating machine is a device that uses ultraviolet (UV) light to trigger the polymerization reaction of photosensitive materials, mainly used for rapid curing of coatings or inks on the surface of flat plates. UV curing flat coating machine is an automated equipment that accurately applies UV glue or UV coating to the surface of products and achieves rapid curing through UV light source. It is widely used in industries such as electronics, printing, and optics.
By irradiating with ultraviolet light, liquid coatings, inks, or adhesives undergo polymerization reactions to achieve instant drying and curing effects. It is suitable for surface treatment of flat materials such as glass, ceramic tiles, PVC, etc.
The working principle of the UV curing flat coating machine is mainly divided into two stages: coating and curing:
Coating stage: Apply UV glue or coating evenly onto the surface of the object to be treated using a coating roller or spray gun, ensuring uniform coating thickness and no bubbles.
Curing stage: Using ultraviolet light sources (such as mercury lamps, LED lamps) to irradiate the surface of the coating, triggering the curing reaction of photosensitive substances, causing the coating to transform from liquid to solid in a short period of time, completing the curing process.
core component
Coating system: including coating rollers, spray guns, etc., used to evenly apply UV glue or coating on the surface of the product.
UV light source: It is the core component of the curing process, usually using mercury lamps or LED lamps, which can emit specific wavelengths of ultraviolet light, such as 365nm, 395nm, etc., to meet the curing needs of different materials.
Reflection device: It uniformly reflects UV light onto the surface of the material to be cured, ensuring that every inch is uniformly irradiated and improving curing efficiency.
Cooling system: prevents UV light source from overheating and ensures long-term stable operation of the equipment.
Conveyor system: responsible for delivering the materials that need to be cured to the UV light source area to achieve automated production.
