The pneumatic heat sealing machine drives the cylinder with compressed air, which drives the heating component (such as the head) to apply pressure to the packaging material. At the same time, it uses electrical pulse technology to control the heating temperature and time, achieving hot melt sealing of the material. The core process can be divided into four stages:
Pressure stage: The cylinder pushes the heating component downwards to make the packaging material tightly contact;
Heating stage: Resistance heating tube or nickel chromium resistance wire is energized to generate heat, which is transferred to the material contact surface;
Pressure holding stage: Maintain pressure and temperature to ensure sufficient fusion of materials;
Cooling stage: The seal is solidified through natural cooling or forced air cooling to enhance its strength.

Sealing mold: whether it is worn, kept clean and free of foreign objects

Clean the equipment weekly to remove dust and debris
Check the lubrication of the cylinder and guide rail every month, and add lubricant if necessary
Calibrate the temperature control system quarterly to ensure accuracy
