1Our company will provide a free on-site installation, debugging, and training for complete sets of products. For individual equipment, we will provide training through video guidance and remote telephone guidance.

2Installation, debugging, and training process arrangement:

1）Please call the appointment hotline within one week after receiving the goods to schedule a visit, or inform us two weeks before the desired installation date.

2）Engineers need to confirm the site conditions before on-site installation. After confirming that the water, electricity, gas and other conditions on site are ready, arrange for on-site installation. Please cooperate and sign backConfirmation Form for Equipment Installation and Debugging Conditions

3）The training content includes: maintenance and upkeep, fault analysis and troubleshooting, operational safety, and emergency handling procedures, etc

4）Fill inInstallation Receipt,The feedback on the receipt serves as the basis for follow-up and follow-up

5）Provide consumables and raw materials required for installing and debugging equipment, and randomly distribute material packages.

6）Free on-site installation and debugging once. If the customer is unable to work on time or exceeds the time limit due to their own reasons, they will need to pay for the cost of visiting again or delaying the work.
