Customer requirements:
A teacher from the University of Adelaide has requested the design of a device that can perform catalytic evaluation in environments with ultra-high temperatures, strong light, and toxic gases. This device needs to simulate high-intensity solar radiation to ensure accurate gas ratio in the experiment and can perform exhaust gas sampling analysis. In addition, the safety of equipment is also extremely important, especially when dealing with toxic and harmful gases, which requires precise control of experimental conditions such as concentration, humidity, and temperature.
Our designed solution:
To meet the needs of teachers, we have designed a catalytic evaluation device controlled by multiple sets of gas distribution instruments. This device includes key components such as gas preheater, xenon lamp light source, and precision metering pump, which can accurately control various parameters required for catalytic experiments.
Reaction chamber: made of stainless steel material, with a maximum operating temperature of 1000 ℃ and a pressure resistance of 0.4MPa, ensuring stable operation in high temperature and high pressure environments.
Light source: 20 solar xenon lamps, simulating natural lighting.
Temperature control: Equipped with a precision temperature control system to ensure temperature fluctuations are within ± 0.5 ℃.
Safety design: equipped with hazardous gas alarm, real-time monitoring and alarm to ensure laboratory safety.
