Industry Overview:
During the production and operation of garbage power plants, combustible and toxic gases that pose a threat to production and human health are mainly generated in the main areas. Therefore, gas detection and alarm devices need to be installed in the above main areas to monitor gas concentration data in real time, provide early warning, and prevent accidents.

Solution:
Monitoring locations: garbage pit, leachate channel, discharge hall, boiler room biogas valve group, activated carbon room, oil pump room, acetylene manifold room, and hazardous waste temporary storage warehouse.
Monitoring gases: methane, hydrogen sulfide, oxygen, carbon monoxide, ammonia, and ethane gases.
Data transmission: Determine how many sets of gas detection alarm devices are installed in each monitoring area based on the on-site situation. All detectors have real-time data display and sound and light alarm functions. The data and alarm information can be transmitted to the gas alarm controller in each nearby area in the form of 4-20mA current signal or RS485 bus digital signal, and then transmitted to the hub control box in the central control room through RS485 bus digital signal, GPRS wireless transmission or other forms, and then transmitted to the PLC or DCS system. The on-site monitoring data can be viewed in real time, and multiple safety monitoring methods ensure production and personal safety.

Scheme composition:
Gas detection alarm, gas alarm controller, shielded cable, optical fiber, wireless module, hub, switch PLC、DCS、 Client gas online monitoring software platform, monitoring center monitoring platform system, etc.
