Sulfur hexafluoride gas detectorIt is the use of current microelectronic processing technology, combined with foreign original gas sensors. When the target gas enters the gas probe part, the internal sensor will immediately emit induction, and the sensor will generate a certain electrical signal according to the gas concentration. After the signal is amplified and processed by the circuit, it is converted into corresponding standard voltage signals (such as 0-5V), current signals (such as 4-20mA), and standard digital signals (such as RS-485 bus) by the CPU through AD sampling, temperature compensation, intelligent calculation, and then sent to the PLC, DCS, and alarm control host. The upper computer and other systems are matched for unified display, management, and control. In addition, the equipment is equipped with relays (switch signals), which can control the linkage of control devices such as sound and light alarms, fans, and solenoid valves, maximizing the protection of your life and property safety.
There are three main calibration methods for sulfur hexafluoride gas detectors:
1、 Calibration method for dynamic gas distribution instrument
This is currently the mainstream calibration method with high accuracy and efficiency, especially suitable for calibrating multiple devices simultaneously. It mixes SF6 standard gas of different concentrations (such as 300ppm, 600ppm, etc.) and oxygen standard gas (such as 5%, 10%, etc.) through mass flow control method, and then performs zero point calibration with high-purity nitrogen gas. Finally, high-precision reference sensors are used for comparison and calibration.
2、 Calibration of Temperature, Humidity, and Pressure Compensation Algorithm
This method measures environmental parameters in real-time by adding temperature and humidity sensors and pressure sensors, and then calculates the actual oxygen concentration through specific algorithms to calibrate the sensors. It is particularly suitable for use in confined spaces and can effectively avoid false positives or false negatives.
3、 Virtual standard verification method
This method is mainly used for SF6 density relays. Based on the Beattie Bridgman equation of state, the gauge pressure of SF6 gas is calculated by measuring the absolute temperature and density of the gas, and then calibrated.
