1、 Purpose:

The sand and dust testing machine is suitable for testing the sealing performance of product shells, mainly used for the protection level standards specified in the shell protection level standardsIP5XandIP6XTwo levels of experiments. Mainly simulating the damage caused by sandstorm weather to locks, automotive and motorcycle components, seals, power instruments and other products.

2、 Basic design principles of this machine:

Design a conical funnel with a dust collection port and a dust extraction port at the bottom. Install a high-pressure turbine circulation fan at the dust extraction port to send the extracted dust to the top of the inner box. The dust is then blown vertically downwards from the top. When the dust falls on the side wall of the funnel, it is collected by a vibration device and sent back to the dust extraction port, thus starting the cycle.
