Low temperature freezerIt is a refrigeration equipment that can provide a low-temperature environment, achieved through a refrigeration cycle system, usually including key components such as compressors, condensers, expansion valves, and evaporators. It is widely used in scientific research, medical treatment, industry and other fields, such as long-term preservation of biological samples, low-temperature storage of drugs, low-temperature testing of materials, food freezing, cooling of chemical raw materials, etc.
The working principle of a low-temperature freezer is based on the refrigeration cycle system, which mainly includes the following four processes:
Compression process: The compressor compresses low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas into high-temperature and high-pressure gas.
Condensation process: High temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas enters the condenser, exchanges heat with cooling medium (such as air or water), releases heat, and condenses into high-pressure liquid.
Throttling process: High pressure liquid is throttled and depressurized through an expansion valve (or capillary tube), becoming a mixture of low-temperature and low-pressure liquid and gas.
Evaporation process: A low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant mixture enters the evaporator, absorbs the heat of the cooled object, and evaporates into gas, thereby achieving the refrigeration effect.
The refrigerant circulates in the system, absorbing and releasing heat through a phase change process to achieve the purpose of cooling.
Low temperature freezerMain Features
Wide temperature range: Low temperature freezers can provide a wide temperature range from room temperature (such as below -150 ℃) to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
High cooling capacity: Depending on the model and specifications, low-temperature refrigerators have different cooling capacities, which can meet various needs from small-scale experiments to large-scale industrial production.
High control accuracy: Modern low-temperature freezers are usually equipped with advanced temperature control systems, which can achieve high-precision temperature control and ensure the temperature stability of the cooled object.
Energy conservation and environmental protection: With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, low-temperature refrigerators are paying more and more attention to energy conservation and environmental protection in the design and manufacturing process, adopting new refrigerants and energy-saving technologies to reduce energy consumption and emissions.
Easy to operate: Low temperature freezers are usually equipped with intuitive operating interfaces and intelligent control systems, making it convenient for users to set temperatures, monitor operations, and diagnose faults.
