Clean the surface of the unit, check the power voltage, oil level, and water/oil leakage phenomenon.

Record operating parameters (water temperature, water pressure, refrigerant temperature, etc.).

Periodic maintenance:

Weekly: Check the lubricating oil level of the compressor.

Monthly: Clean the water filter, check the refrigerant volume and electrical insulation.

Quarterly: Replace the oil filter element, dry filter, and check the water flow protection switch.

Every year: Clean the scale of the condenser/evaporator, replace the refrigeration oil, and inspect the motor bearings.

Fault handling:

High pressure alarm: Check the end difference of the cooling tower and condenser, and clean the filter screen.

Low pressure alarm: replenish refrigerant, check for expansion valve or electronic valve malfunction.

Low oil level: Check the return oil system and replenish the refrigeration oil.
