On the morning of October 20, 2025, the 16th Asia Pacific Physics Academic Conference opened in Haikou. Cui Hengzhun, chairman of the Asia Pacific Physical Society Association, Zhang Jie, academician of the CAS Member, chairman of the Chinese Physical Society, Luo Qingming, academician of the CAS Member and president of Hainan University, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.
