Radar ultrasonic integrated flowmeter is a flow measurement device that combines radar wave and ultrasonic technology, mainly used to measure parameters such as fluid flow rate, flow velocity, and liquid level. It significantly improves the measurement stability and accuracy under complex working conditions by integrating the advantages of two technologies.
The radar ultrasonic integrated flowmeter combines both radar and ultrasonic technologies. Radar technology may be used to measure the velocity or liquid level of fluids, while ultrasonic technology may be used to measure the volume or mass of fluids. The combination of two technologies can provide more accurate flow measurement data.
Compared to traditional single technology flow meters, radar ultrasonic integrated flow meters may have higher measurement accuracy, wider measurement range, stronger anti-interference ability, and better stability. These advantages make it perform better in complex working conditions.
This type of flowmeter is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, etc., for measuring the flow rate of various liquids and gases. Especially in situations where high-precision measurement or complex working conditions are required, radar ultrasonic integrated flow meters may have more advantages.
working principle
Radar wave technology: using high-frequency electromagnetic waves (usually 24GHz or 77GHz) to emit towards the liquid surface, and calculating the flow velocity through the frequency change or time difference of the reflected waves. Suitable for surface flow velocity measurement, with no requirement for medium conductivity, strong resistance to bubble and steam interference, especially suitable for high temperature, high pressure or corrosive liquids.
Ultrasonic technology: By emitting ultrasonic signals, the flow velocity is calculated based on the propagation time or Doppler shift of the ultrasonic waves in the fluid. Suitable for cleaning or liquids containing small amounts of suspended solids, but sensitive to bubbles and impurities.
