1、 Quality of input side power grid
1. Voltage fluctuation range
Allowable threshold: Conventional industrial grade DC power supply can adapt to ± 15% grid fluctuations (380V ± 57V), and precision instruments need to be equipped with voltage stabilization modules to stabilize the input within ± 5%.
Surge impact: The instantaneous high voltage (up to tens of times the rated value) generated by lightning induction can absorb more than 90% of the energy through a combination of varistors and gas discharge tubes in a protective circuit.
2. Frequency stability
Power frequency deviation: A frequency offset of more than ± 0.5Hz in a 50/60Hz system can cause changes in transformer magnetic flux density, leading to increased iron loss and deterioration of output ripple.
High frequency noise: Conducted interference generated by nonlinear loads such as frequency converters needs to be attenuated by at least 60dB through a π - type LC filter to meet the EN55022 Class A standard.

Pre charging circuit design: For large capacity bus capacitors, connecting NTC thermistors in series can complete the initial charging process within 3 seconds.
2. Nuclear radiation scenario
Radiation resistant reinforcement: Key components are selected from aerospace grade components certified for a total gamma ray dose of 100krad.
Shield design: A metal shell with a lead equivalent of ≥ 5mm can reduce the alpha particle injection rate to the background level.
The usage status of DC power supply is affected by multiple intertwined factors, and a full lifecycle management system needs to be established.
