On January 29th, the party and non party members gathered together to welcome the Chinese New Year. In the speech, a very important proposition was put forward: "The success or failure of a career is determined by the balance of people's hearts and strength. This is the second time this year that this viewpoint has been emphasized. At the New Year's tea party held in the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) auditorium not long ago, I just heard the demand: "Issues are the voice of the times, and people's hearts are the greatest politics. To advance the work of the Party and all aspects, we must adhere to a problem oriented approach and listen to the voices of the people. ”

The human heart is power. The alignment of people's hearts determines the balance of power, which in turn determines the success or failure of their careers. This simple and profound truth is one of the important insights of Zui from the CPC for more than 90 years. It is an image interpretation of the Party's mass line and the magic weapon of the united front, and it is also the fundamental principle of governance in the new era.

The human heart is power, this is the inspiration given to us by Chinese history. Over the course of five thousand years of civilization, it has long been deeply reflected that 'those who share happiness with the people will inevitably worry; those who share peace with the people will surely be saved from danger'. People's heart is power, which is the enlightenment from the history of the CPC. Someone asked Mao Zedong why he was able to defeat *? Mao Zedong's answer was: the Communist Party has won the hearts of the people.

The human heart is power, and this is also the inspiration we gained from overcoming major disasters such as the Wenchuan earthquake. In a sense, disasters are also a touchstone. That earthquake shattered the buildings, but it could not shake the strength, kindness, and unity of the people.

The human heart is power, and this is the power we should fully mobilize at present, because in the face of difficulties, it is especially necessary for the whole nation to unite. Mount Taishan moves with the people. When united as one, there is no hurdle or obstacle that cannot be overcome. At present, there is a downward trend in the economy, but our development space is still very large, there is still a lot of room for maneuver, and there is still a lot of financial and human capital to revitalize the stock. The number of people who have only received higher education has reached 120 million, exceeding the total population of Japan and the total labor force of the United States. By fully harnessing the energy of these people, astonishing miracles can be created.

The human heart is power, which requires all sectors of society to do their best and work together. The ship of China's economic and social development is going all out to reach the other side of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. It needs the CPC to steer the ship well, and it also needs the people of the whole country, including members of all democratic parties, to paddle well with the CPC. Only by working together in the same boat can we ride the wind and waves, and see the stormy weather as scenery along the way.

The human heart is power, and of course, it requires us to understand public opinion and listen to their voices. What are the common people thinking? What do ordinary people need most? What do the common people hate the most? The common people hope for a better life, hoping for better education, more stable jobs, more satisfactory income, more reliable social security, higher levels of medical and health services, more comfortable living conditions, and a more beautiful environment. Only by thinking what the people think, being urgent about their needs, and hating what the people hate, can we win their hearts and minds. When the people's longing for happiness truly becomes our goal, we stand with them and naturally win the hearts of the people.

The will of the people is like a solid root. Like a kind of redwood, although it is a shallow rooted plant, it grows in groups and connects its roots underground to form a strong net. The storms cannot destroy it, so that it can soar into the clouds and grow into a forest of nearly 100 meters, which is amazing.

We believe that if the people hold hands and hearts in this way, there is no difficulty that cannot be overcome, no storm can stop it, because the human heart is a magical force that nurtures the future and gives birth to hope.
