Guided by the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, we must closely adhere to the theme of "Green Life, Beautiful Homeland", solidly carry out various preparatory work, and make the Beijing International Horticultural Exposition a wonderful event with the characteristics of the times, China, and the capital, and present a gift for the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.

*It is emphasized that the World Horticultural Expo is not only a showcase of China's development achievements, but also a showcase of practicing new development concepts.
