Application of online colorimeter in the food industry

Online colorimeter is a non-contact method for measuring color difference. Products on the production line quickly pass through, some of which are continuous and some are block shaped. The online colorimeter provides a triggering mode, where samples come and are measured again. Without samples, the measurement is not carried out. On continuous production lines, such as plates or rolled steel, left, right, and continuous scanning can be achieved to monitor color difference changes in real time during production.
