Recently, our company has launched an upgraded tester for measuring the transmission coefficient of gripping and clamping force and opening force. The introduction is as follows:

1. Adopting a 5.7-inch (120 x 90) colorful LCD touch screen display with Chinese menu display. It is developed according to the requirements of 4.4.2 and 4.4.3 in YY/T0940-2014, 5.4.6 and YY/T0944-2014 standards.

2. The nominal capacity of the syringe can be selected by keyboard and touch Real time display of opening and closing forces, recording of standard force values, and printing of test results by onboard printers.

3. Force 1 measurement range: IN-50N error not greater than+1%;

4. Force 2 measurement range: IN-30N error not greater than+1%;

5. Test speed: 20mm/min,+1mn/min;

6. nominal capacity: customized specifications according to customer requirements.

Testing process:

A. Testing is conducted in a simulated application state, where the micro opening state of the clamp head is given by the manufacturer and represented by the opening height at 1/3 of the front end of the head. The force fi applied to the handle is within the range of 5N to 20N, with a sampling interval of no more than 3N. Record the closing force value fo generated by the front end of the head, which is perpendicular to the direction of the opening angle bisector of the clamp head. The collected data is fitted by the least squares method to obtain the fo/fi value, which is the closing force transmission coefficient.

B. When the opening angle of the clamp head is 30 degrees (if the maximum opening angle of the clamp head is less than 70%, the clamp head should be opened to 70% of the maximum opening angle), the force fi applied to the handle should be within the range of 5N to 15N, and the sampling interval should not be greater than 3N. Record the opening value fo generated at the front end 1/3 of the head in the direction perpendicular to the bisector of the clamp head opening angle, and use the least squares method to fit the collected data to obtain the fo/fi value, which is the opening force transmission coefficient.
