Its maintenance work is crucial, not only to extend the service life of the equipment, but also to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results. 1、 Daily cleaning and inspection

External cleaning: Use a dry cloth to wipe the outer shell, avoiding the use of acid, alkali, or corrosive cleaning agents to prevent surface damage. After each experiment, clean the inner container and wipe it with neutral detergent to dry the bottom.

Humidifier maintenance: The humidifier water tank should maintain an appropriate amount of distilled water, not exceeding the nozzle height. After the experiment, it is necessary to empty and store water and dry it. Clean the humidification filter screen weekly to remove scale and microorganisms, and disinfect if necessary.

Environmental inspection: Ensure that the equipment is placed in a dark, ventilated area, at a distance of ≥ 10cm from the wall, away from heat sources, flammable and explosive materials, and corrosive environments.

2、 Key component maintenance

Condenser cleaning: Clean the dust on the back condenser every 6 months to avoid poor heat dissipation affecting performance. Regularly check the waterway system to prevent pipeline blockage, and flush the waterway after long-term shutdown.

Sensors and sealing: Check the accuracy of temperature and humidity sensors monthly and calibrate any abnormal data. Check the sealing of the door seal to avoid temperature and humidity fluctuations caused by air leakage.

3、 Electrical safety

Grounding and power supply: The equipment must be connected to a well grounded power outlet, and the power cord and plug should be regularly checked for looseness or aging. Before cleaning, the power must be turned off to prevent the risk of electric shock.

Compressor protection: The repeated opening interval of the compressor must be at least 5 minutes, otherwise it will damage the compressor.

4、 Long term disuse maintenance

Power outage and protection: Cut off the power, clean the inside and outside, and cover with a dust cover to prevent dust from entering. Power on and run the equipment for 2 hours every 1-2 months to maintain stable performance.

Moisture control treatment: Drain the water in the box, set the temperature at 40 ℃, run for 5 hours, and open the door every 2 hours to release the moisture.

Avoid vibration and lighting: The test chamber should be placed in a stable position to avoid unnecessary vibration or movement. At the same time, avoid exposure to direct sunlight or strong light to prevent the drug from being affected by photolysis or photosensitive reactions.

Record and report: During the experiment, regularly record the temperature and humidity data of the test chamber, and conduct necessary monitoring and maintenance. Ensure the generation of complete and accurate test reports, including test conditions, observation results, and conclusions, for subsequent analysis and evaluation of drug stability performance.
