In the fields of aerospace, electronic chips, new energy vehicles, military materials, etc., products often need to withstand sudden changes in abnormal temperature - such as the instantaneous temperature difference test of satellite components in space from -150 ℃ to+120 ℃, the rapid thermal shock of mobile phone chips in outdoor and indoor environments of -30 ℃ and 25 ℃ in the north, or the cyclic working conditions of batteries starting at -40 ℃ and running at 80 ℃.The high temperature and low temperature impact test chamber simulates the rapid temperature conversion of "high temperature low temperature high temperature" or "low temperature high temperature low temperature" to verify the thermal shock resistance of materials and the reliability of structures. The installation quality of the equipment directly affects the testing accuracy and operational safety, and a standardized installation process is the primary link to maximize its effectiveness.

1、 Preparation before installation: Environmental assessment and plan formulation
Before installation, a comprehensive evaluation of the usage scenario is required, with a focus on three aspects:
1. Space requirements: Sufficient installation and operation space should be reserved for the high temperature and low temperature impact test chamber - it is recommended to reserve a maintenance channel of ≥ 50cm around the box, and the distance between the top and the ceiling should be ≥ 1m. If it is a large floor standing equipment, the ground bearing capacity should be considered.
2. Environmental conditions: The equipment should be installed indoors in a dry and well ventilated area, with a recommended ambient temperature of 5-35 ℃ and a relative humidity of ≤ 85%. It should be kept away from vibration sources and corrosive gases.
3. Power supply and load: Configure an independent power supply according to the device power and ensure reliable grounding; If the test chamber needs to be connected to water pipes, it is necessary to plan the inlet and outlet in advance.
2、 Installation location selection: precise layout and safe and convenient
The installation position of the high-temperature and low-temperature impact test chamber should follow the principles of "ventilation and heat dissipation, safe operation, and convenient maintenance":
1. Ventilation: A heat dissipation space of ≥ 30cm should be reserved on the back and sides of the box. If multiple devices are installed in parallel, the spacing should be ≥ 80cm to avoid mutual thermal interference.
2. Levelness: Calibrate the box base with a level (horizontal deviation ≤ 2mm/m) to prevent uneven refrigerant flow or increased vibration caused by tilting.
3. Convenience of operation: The control panel should face the operating channel, and there should be no obstruction above the sample rack storage area. If installed on an elevated platform, it is necessary to ensure that the floor load-bearing capacity meets the standard and install shock-absorbing pads.
3、 Installation process and debugging points
1. Fixed equipment: Choose the installation method according to the model - small desktop computers can be directly placed on the shock-absorbing table, medium and large floor standing equipment are fixed to the ground with expansion screws, and water-cooled models require fixed inlet and outlet water pipes.
2. Connection line: Connect the power line, and the signal line needs to be shielded and grounded to avoid electromagnetic interference causing data abnormalities.
3. Air/water circuit debugging: Check the direction of the condensing fan for air-cooled models, and introduce circulating water for water-cooled models to test whether the water flow pressure is stable.
4. Airtightness inspection: After closing the box door, use a smoke generator to approach the door seal and observe if there is any gas leakage.
5. Operation testing and calibration: After powering on, conduct a no-load test run to check whether the cooling, heating, and shock switching functions are normal; Finally, use a standard thermometer to verify the deviation between the actual temperature inside the box and the displayed value. If necessary, adjust the sensor parameters through the device's built-in calibration function.
From spatial planning to precise debugging, the installation of high-temperature and low-temperature impact test chambers is not only the physical positioning of equipment, but also a scientific response to testing environment and safety requirements. Standardized operating procedures and rigorous detail control can provide a stable and reliable hardware foundation for abnormal temperature shock testing, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of product reliability verification data.
