Insoluble particle testing analyzerIt can complete multiple processes such as automatic filtration, automatic drying, automatic sample loading, automatic testing, and automatic report issuance; While compensating for the shortcomings of conventional microscopy for detecting insoluble particles, it can accurately preserve the original morphology of each particle in the sample, which has a warning effect on the source or formation mechanism of insoluble particles.
Insoluble particle analyzer is a high-precision instrument used to detect the quantity, size, and distribution of insoluble particles in liquids. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and electronic semiconductors.
Common types and causes of faults:
Power and display abnormalities:
Phenomenon: There is a power indicator but the digital display does not show or suddenly shuts down.
Reason: Loose power cord, damaged internal power module, circuit board malfunction, or damaged display screen.
Bubble interference (photoresist method):
Phenomenon: Bubbles in viscous samples (such as hemoglobin injection) are mistakenly identified as particles during testing.
Reason: Bubbles are introduced when the syringe extracts the sample, or the viscosity of the sample itself is too high.
Abnormal particle count:
Phenomenon: Interference from residual watermarks or red samples (such as hemoglobin) on the filter membrane during microscopic counting detection.
Reason: Improper operation (incomplete drying of filter membrane), excessive endogenous particles, or equipment without color filtration function.
Targeted solutions:
Hardware troubleshooting:
Check the power connection and adapter, replace damaged fuses or power modules.
Clean or replace sensors (such as photoresist laser sensors, microscopic counting cameras) to ensure that the electrodes are not contaminated.
Operation optimization:
Photoresistance method: Avoid shaking the sample vigorously and use microscopic counting method to detect high viscosity or colored samples.
Microscopic counting method: Ensure that the filter membrane is dried before scanning, and use equipment with color filtering function to process hemoglobin samples.
Software and Calibration:
Restart or reinstall the analysis software and check the parameter settings (such as particle size range and sampling frequency).
Calibrate the instrument every 6 months and verify accuracy using standard particles.
