Terasense's latest company has launched a high-power version of the 300GHz terahertz radiation source, which can output an average power of up to 100mW. This high-power 300GHz terahertz radiation source can meet the needs of more scientific research and industrial customers in imaging and terahertz transceiver systems.
This high-power terahertz source is also based on IMPATT avalanche diode technology, with a fixed frequency that can be modulated and output through TTL signals.
