Accurate cutting and markingrepetitiveness

The new ORIGAMI 10XP 5.0 version has a maximum pulse energy of 40 µ J and an average power of 4W, while the ORIGAMI XPS offers a higher power of 5 W and a maximum of 70 µ JPulse energy. Excellent pulse quality allows you to perform precise cutting or marking with almost no parasitic thermal effects.
The typical pulse width of ORIGAMI XP v5.0 is<370 fs. If you need higher peak power flexibility to optimize processing, please select the pulse width control option, which allows you to adjust the pulse width from<370 fs to 5 ps.
Thanks to closed-loop power control, the stability of average power is maintained at<1% (RMS) within 100 hours. By combining additional sensors to monitor relative peak power, users can now optimize various material processing conditions and ensure high repeatability.

Simple and easy-to-use interface, real-time monitoring and control

ORIGAMI XP v5.0 is now equipped with a standard NKT Photonics bus interface, which is unique to all NKT Photonics laser products. Combined with the NKT Photonics Control graphical user interface, you can now easily and intuitively operate ORIGAMI XP.We have equipped ORIGAMI XP v5.0 with internal sensors to monitor and record critical operational laser parameters. This means that you can operate during the entire processUnderstand the health status of the laser and conduct any proactive diagnostic checks at any time.

Standard green and ultraviolet harmonic versions

ORIGAMI XP v5.0 also offers green and UV versions, providing flexible kits for any ultra fast machining application.
ORIGAMI 05XP provides 2W/515 nm/20 µ J pulses, while 05XP-S provides 2.5 W/35 µ J pulses.
The ORIGAMI 03XP series is an IR/UV or IR/Green/UV switchable laser with a UV power of>1.2 W and a UV pulse energy of 20 µ J.
