Nitrification reactor

The nitration reactor is mainly used for the experimental research and evaluation of the synthesis verification of mononitrotoluene by uniformly adding solid dehydrating agent, with the side reaction being the synthesis of 2.4,6-trinitromethyl benzene. Side reaction products are flammable and explosive. During the reaction process, there are acidic substances present, and the materials in contact with the materials do not use metals (including pipes and valves). The device is applied outdoors, in ventilated and shaded areas, with key valves controlled automatically to ensure operator safety. After the reaction is complete, the product is washed with alcohol and water, filtered and dried, and then dissolved in a solvent for sealed storage.
