Battery discharge monitoring deviceIt is a battery testing device designed specifically for power, telecommunications, aviation emergency power sources, and computer networks. This device performs constant current discharge on batteries, detects and verifies battery capacity tests, monitors and records discharge voltage, discharge current, discharge time, discharge curve and other circuit parameters. This instrument has RS-232 and RS-485 communication interfaces, voltage and current signals of the battery pack, and discharge stop interfaces, which can be easily connected to a computer to print various record charts, curves, and perform traditional and network control of battery discharge.
Wiring instructions:
1: The positive and negative terminals of the battery input should be connected to the positive and negative terminals of the discharge meter respectively.
2: The positive and negative electrodes of the single cell voltage collection should be connected to the positive and negative electrodes of the battery, respectively.
3: When wiring, check that the circuit breaker is in the disconnected position.
4: The impedance selection switch of this device can be designed according to user requirements, and can be used to form two combinations of discharge meters: 48V, 110V, and 220V.
5: After the wiring is completed, carefully check whether the wiring is correct, and pay attention to whether the positive and negative terminals of the battery input terminal and the single cell voltage acquisition input terminal are correct and should not be connected in reverse!
The RS-232 of this machine can upload and transmit data to the computer, and when combined with the LX-11 intelligent detection system for data analysis, it can store data for a long time and compare it with historical data. The following results can be obtained:
