Battery charging deviceComposed of a brush board and brush blocks, the brush board is installed on the ground or can be mounted on the side of the AGV track with a bracket, while the brush blocks are installed on the vehicle. The factory power supply provides power to the brush board. Once the AGV reaches the charging position and the brush block comes into contact with the brush board, it will charge the AGV.
Charging process:
Automatic charging:
1. Connect the charger to the power supply, complete the self-test within 4 seconds, and enter standby mode, waiting for the battery to connect;
After the AGV car docking is completed, the charger detects that the external voltage is connected to start the charger;
3. Start the charger, and when the internal voltage rises to the same level as the battery voltage, turn on the output relay to charge, and the yellow light will turn on;
4. Stop charging when the current is less than the set value, turn off the internal relay, turn off the charger output, and the green light flashes;
5. Charging voltage is 54.6V, with a charging current limit of 20A. First, charge with a constant current of 20A. When the current is less than 1A, switch to stopping charging;
6. After 10 seconds of charging, turn off the output and turn off the output relay;
Manual charging (manual charging charging head must not be reversed) When the activation switch is switched to ON, the charger maintains a 54.6V20A output. When current occurs, charge according to the normal charging process.
Notes:
Unauthorized opening of the charger casing is strictly prohibited. Otherwise, our company will not be responsible for any equipment damage or personal injury caused by this. Professional personnel are required to operate.
1. Keep the charger clean and regularly dust the ventilation openings;
2. Regularly check whether the connection terminal interface of the charger is secure, and there should be no looseness or poor contact;
3. Do not move the charging machine that is in normal working condition;
4. Do not place the charger on uneven ground;
5. Do not place it in corrosive air.
