Usage of three-phase thyristor voltage regulator trigger

Three phase thyristor voltage regulator triggerMade using integrated circuit device technology, it has stable technical performance, strong anti-interference ability, and reliable quality. The instrument panel is equipped with "output setting" power adjustment knob (dial), "automatic/manual" switching button, and "voltage/power adjustment" two trigger thyristor working mode buttons. It has a built-in 6-digit digital function switch to meet the user's needs for the control system, and is small in size and light in weight. It is an actuator for various types of three-phase electric heating automatic temperature control systems.
Usage of the instrument:
1. ZK-3C wiring phase sequence requirements, there are three sets of wires in total, please distinguish them clearly during use, strictly follow the wiring diagram, and require all wires to be closely connected to the thyristor and led out to the instrument.
2. Check that the wiring of each terminal is correct, and the power can be connected. At this time, the "%" window will light up, and the voltage adjustment indicator light (or power adjustment indicator light) will light up.
3. Turn the 'Output Adjustment' dial left to the starting point.
4. Press the "Manual/Auto" button to select the output mode. Press once to turn on the manual output indicator light, and press the second time to turn on the automatic output indicator light.
5. Lightly press the "Voltage/Power Adjustment" button to trigger the thyristor working mode, which can change the thyristor working mode (ZK-3C is set to the voltage adjustment triggering state or set to the working state according to user requirements at the factory).
6. Adjust the "Output Adjustment" dial and observe the "%" display window to adjust the output power to the desired level. The instrument will also enter the trigger thyristor working state.
7. When the instrument is set to trigger the thyristor working mode in "voltage regulation", the output is in voltage regulation mode (phase-shifting type).
8. Lightly press the 'off' button to stop the instrument from working.
9. The instrument has a power-off automatic shutdown function.
10. The instrument is equipped with a 6-digit digital function switch.
The instrument movement and housing are designed with a plug-in method, and the switch is located behind the display panel. Users can extract the instrument movement according to on-site operating requirements and set it according to the function table.
