The insulation oil dielectric strength tester adopts advanced technologies such as central processing unit and large-scale integrated circuit to form an automated testing equipment. The operation process is fully automated, and the micro printer configured on the panel can print the oil test data. Compared with ordinary instruments and similar instruments, this equipment has good test stability, high accuracy, and good operability. Installation method of insulation oil dielectric strength tester printer:

(1) A-type panel: Please hold the elastic clips on both sides of the printer rack with your hand, push the entire printer into the installation hole of the instrument or equipment panel, and check if the printer is securely installed.

(2) D-type and F-type front paper plate: Installation is extremely simple and convenient. Please insert the entire printer into the installation hole of the instrument or equipment panel, clamp the plastic strip from behind the equipment panel to the printer, and tighten the screws. The general process of loading paper is as follows:

① Remove the front cover of the printer

② The A-type panel micro punch must be removed from the instrument panel. Please note that the micro power supply must be turned off before operation. This step can be skipped for D-type, F-type front paper board and T-shaped desktop.

③ Remove the paper roll, press on the new paper roll, place the paper roll back into the guide slot of the printer, and confirm that the paper roll is securely installed and will not fall out.

④ Cut the end of the paper into a triangle or even.

⑤ Connect the printer power, press the SEL button to turn off the SEL indicator light, then press the LF button to rotate the machine head. Use your hand to feed the paper head into the paper inlet under the machine head, and the paper will slowly enter the machine head until it is exposed directly in front of the machine head. Press the LF or SEL button again, and the machine head will stop rotating. Cover the printer cover and thread the paper out of the paper outlet on the front cover. The replacement of ribbon box for fully automatic oil testing machine is limited to needle printers, while thermal printers only require thermal paper and do not need to replace (consumable) ribbon. Note: Thermal paper has both sides, and only the front side can print content.

The process of replacing the ribbon box of the fully automatic oil testing machine is as follows:

① Open the front cover of the printer.

② First lift the right end of the ribbon cartridge, then lift the left end (the end with a knob) to remove the ribbon cartridge.

③ Gently place the left end of the new ribbon cartridge on the head gear shaft, turn the knob on the ribbon cartridge in the direction of the arrow until the style end of the ribbon cartridge falls to the bottom, and then lower the right end of the ribbon cartridge ④ Install the printer cover plate, first hang the upper part of the front cover plate on the rack, pay attention to aligning the indicator lights and buttons, and then press the lower part of the front cover plate slightly towards the rack direction to fasten the front cover plate onto the rack.
