Fully automatic insulation oil dielectric strength testeroperating steps
1. Adjust the electrodes of the oil cup and place it on the high-voltage terminals on both sides of the organic glass.
2. Cover the organic glass cover of the mixing motor onto the oil cup and insert the motor plug into the mixing socket.
3. Connect the grounding wire, plug in the power cord, turn on the power switch, the zero position indicator light should be on. If it is not on, the instrument will automatically return to zero position.
4. When the display screen shows "press the confirm button to enter the test", the "mixing time", "test times", and "idle time" should be set first, and then press the "reset button" to complete the setting.
5. Press the "confirm button" and the instrument will automatically start testing according to the set instructions. When the insulation oil breaks down, the instrument will automatically stir, and the display screen will show the test voltage for each time. After the idle time instruction is completed, the instrument will automatically calculate the comprehensive average value of the withstand voltage strength and display it on the liquid crystal screen.

6. To print, press the "print button" to print the comprehensive average value of the dielectric strength of the insulating oil.
Precautions
1. This instrument is a high-voltage product, so be sure to connect the grounding wire firmly before operation to avoid accidents.
2. The high-pressure part of the product is cast with epoxy and should be placed in a relatively dry place with a relative humidity of no more than 80%.
3. The grounding column of the instrument must have a reliable grounding.
