What are the special technical features of the receiver of the live cable identification device

Electric cable identification deviceAlso known as pipeline detector, it is a high-performance underground metal pipeline detection system with multiple characteristics, consisting of a signal transmitter and receiver, used for path detection, depth measurement, and property identification of metal pipelines and underground cables.
Receiver introduction:
1. Left and right directional indication (technology): The left and right arrows display the position of the pipeline, which is convenient and intuitive.
2. Tracking accuracy prompt (technology): By using the composite frequency signal output by the transmitter, the direction of pipeline current can be measured in real time to eliminate ground wire backflow and induced current interference from adjacent and intersecting pipelines. When tracking the pipeline under test correctly, the pointer points forward; When tracking to the adjacent pipeline, the pointer moves backwards and a question mark is displayed, indicating a tracking error.
3. Strong anti-interference ability: With an extremely narrow receiving passband and digital processing methods, it can fully suppress the power frequency and harmonic interference of adjacent operating cables and pipelines.
4. Automatic measurement of pipeline depth and current: single key operation, directly reading pipeline depth and current values.
5. Multiple detection modes: In addition to the traditional peak method (wide peak method) and valley method, narrow peak method is also provided. The traditional peak method (wide peak) has a large response range; The response range of the narrow peak method is narrower than that of the wide peak method, and it can to some extent distinguish parallel pipelines, making it a better way to find paths in complex areas of pipelines.
6. Six active detection frequencies: 500Hz, 1kHz, 8kHz, 33kHz, 66kHz, 93kHz, suitable for different on-site situations when paired with a transmitter.
7. Two passive detection frequency bands: power frequency and radio frequency, which do not require signal transmission and directly detect operating cables and other pipelines.
8. Historical curve display: The screen displays the historical curve of signal amplitude, allowing for intuitive judgment of signal changes.
9. Cable identification: caliper identification and stethoscope identification. Clamp identification can measure the amplitude and direction of the current on the cable, and can provide clear identification results (technical). The stethoscope has convenient wiring for identification, but it is not convenient to use for caliper identification, which is a traditional identification method.
10. Grounding fault detection: Use an A-frame to locate the insulation damage point of the pipeline to the ground (such as cable sheath fault, unarmored cable grounding fault, pipeline anti-corrosion layer damage, etc.), measure the step voltage of the ultra-low frequency combination signal emitted by the transmitter, without zeroing, and visually indicate the direction of the fault point.
11. Built in large capacity lithium-ion battery pack.
12. Automatic shutdown function: When there is no operation within 30 minutes, the instrument will automatically shut down to reduce battery consumption; When the battery is under voltage, it will also automatically shut down to protect the battery.
13. The chassis is sturdy, lightweight, and portable.
