Natural gas analyzerIt is a precision instrument used for detecting and analyzing the composition and key parameters of natural gas.
Working Principle:
Chromatography technology: When natural gas samples pass through a chromatography column, the differences in the interaction forces between different components and the stationary phase cause them to move at different speeds in the column, thereby achieving the separation of each component. The separated components then enter the detector, which commonly includes thermal conductivity detectors, hydrogen flame ionization detectors, etc. These detectors can identify and measure the concentration of each component, thereby obtaining key information such as the composition ratio of natural gas samples.
Infrared spectroscopy technology: When natural gas passes through an analyzer, it first passes through a special filter and is then illuminated by an infrared light source. Different natural gas component molecules will produce specific spectra under infrared light irradiation. Based on the characteristic peak positions, intensities, and other information of these spectra, the content of various components in natural gas can be determined.
Mass spectrometry technology: Firstly, the molecules in natural gas samples are converted into ions, and the ionized gas molecules enter the mass analyzer. The mass analyzer separates the ions based on their mass charge ratio. Then, the detector detects the separated ions and determines the relative content of each component in natural gas based on the detected ion signal intensity.
Natural gas analyzerIt can analyze the hydrocarbon components such as nitrogen, methane, carbon dioxide, ethane, propane, etc. in natural gas, and calculate characteristic indices such as high calorific value, low calorific value, density, relative density, white number, combustion potential, etc.
