BeaverBeadsTM Protein A (or A/G) Immunoprecipitation Kit
Immunoprecipitation magnetic beads and reagent kit
Product Introduction
The BeaverBeadsTM Protein A/G Matrix immunoprecipitation magnetic beads and reagent kit series products utilize beaver bio nano surface technology to achieve high-density oriented coating of Protein A/G onto the surface of superparamagnetic microspheres. Compared with similar products in the current immunomagnetic bead market, this product has more antibody binding sites, less magnetic bead usage, and low non-specific binding rate, making immunoprecipitation experiments convenient. The ability of each milliliter of immunoprecipitation magnetic beads to bind Human IgG can reach over 300 μ g, and a single precipitation reaction only requires 25 μ L of magnetic beads to complete the detection. The ultra large specific surface area provided by micrometer sized magnetic beads greatly shortens the equilibrium time required for antibody and antigen adsorption. The antibody adsorption process can be completed within 15 minutes, and the antigen precipitation operation can be completed within 30 minutes. The short operation time avoids the hydrolysis of the target protein caused by prolonged operation, ensuring the activity of the target protein and the integrity of the protein complex.
The immunoprecipitation magnetic bead kit is equipped with optimized pre made buffer solution, which provides excellent reaction conditions for immunoprecipitation experiments and enhances the stability of immunoprecipitation experiments.
This product can be widely used for immunoprecipitation reactions of antigens in cell lysate, cell secretion supernatant, serum, ascites and other samples. Operators can refer to this operating manual and the data in Appendix 1 to understand the binding ability of antibodies from different species sources and subtypes to Protein A magnetic beads and Protein A/G.
