The streptavidin biotin (SA Biotin) system has a binding affinity of * (Kd=10 ^ -15) and has a wide range of applications in the field of biology. BeaverBeadsTM Streptavidin uses beaver protein coupling technology to covalently attach SA to the surface of a solid carrier, which can bind to biotinylated antibody, nucleic acid, protein and other ligand molecules.
