The core of anti-corrosion diaphragm vacuum pump lies in the reciprocating motion of its diaphragm
Date: 2025-11-25Read: 0
The core of anti-corrosion diaphragm vacuum pump lies in the reciprocating motion of its diaphragm. When the motor drives the eccentric device to rotate, it will drive the diaphragm to make up and down reciprocating movements. This periodic motion causes a change in the volume inside the pump chamber; Specifically, when the diaphragm moves upward, the volume of the pump chamber increases and the pressure decreases, forming a negative pressure zone. External gas is drawn in through the inlet due to the pressure difference; On the contrary, if the diaphragm moves downwards, it compresses the gas and discharges it through the outlet. This process is repeated to achieve continuous pumping function.
Structure composition and collaborative effect: The device is mainly composed of a driving part, a compression part, and key components. Among them, the driving part mostly provides power source for motors or pneumatic devices; The compression section includes inlet/outlet ports and independent chambers separated by a diaphragm. Through precise coordination between various components, the efficiency and sealing of gas transmission are ensured.
Intelligent control system (optional): Some models also integrate pressure sensor technology, which can monitor system pressure in real time and provide feedback to the control system. It automatically adjusts the working cycle to maintain a constant pressure level, and can operate stably even if the flow rate fluctuates.

Precautions for using anti-corrosion diaphragm vacuum pump:
1. Installation environment requirements
-Location selection: It should be placed on a dry, clean, flat, and well ventilated workbench, with an ambient temperature controlled within the range of 15 ℃ -40 ℃. Avoid high temperature causing oil deterioration or low temperature affecting starting performance.
-Protective measures: When pollution is severe, a safety adsorption buffer device should be installed to prevent impurities from entering the pump body and causing blockage or corrosion.
2. Power matching and grounding
-Voltage verification: Strictly compare the nameplate markings to confirm that the power supply voltage matches. Incorrect connection to high voltage may cause equipment damage or even safety accidents; At the same time, ensure reliable grounding to ensure the safety of operators.
3. Pipeline connection specifications
-Material selection: High pressure resistant specialized vacuum tubes must be used, and thin walled hoses are prohibited to prevent suction failure; Alcohol can be applied to the connection to enhance airtightness and improve exhaust efficiency.
-System leak detection: Regularly check the sealing of the interface and promptly address any leakage points to prevent a decrease in vacuum level.
4. Media compatibility management
-Prohibition of liquid extraction: Only gas substances can be extracted. If liquid is accidentally inhaled, the machine should be stopped immediately and dry air should be introduced to remove any residue; For corrosive gases, corresponding material diaphragms (such as PTFE) should be selected based on the characteristics of the medium.
5. Optimization of operation process
-Start stop sequence: Confirm that there is no negative pressure load before starting; When stopping the machine, the valve should be closed first and then the power should be cut off to prevent backflow and damage to the equipment. After the experiment, it is recommended to idle for 2-3 minutes to remove moisture.
-Temperature control monitoring: Pay attention to changes in the surface temperature of the pump body. The built-in overheat protection system will automatically shut down when it exceeds the limit (such as exceeding 105 ℃), and resume operation when the temperature drops below 60 ℃.
6. Key points of daily maintenance
-Buffer bottle cleaning: Regularly discharge the accumulated liquid at the inlet/outlet end, wipe dry and reset after cleaning to avoid affecting the smooth airflow; When not in use for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble and apply grease for storage to prevent rusting.
-Storage conditions: Wrap the wires properly around the machine body when not in working condition, store in a dry place, and avoid direct sunlight.
