YamazenThe automatic column passing machine can predict and control the peak position of the target compound, as shown in the following examples: methyl paraben, butyl paraben; Sample size: 400 mg - When the software automatically establishes the recommended flow rate for the method (e.g. the software automatically calculates the recommended flow rate of 20 mL/min):
The target compound exhibits a peak at the 4CV position with good separation efficiency.
- Double the recommended flow rate automatically calculated by the software (40 mL/min):
Compared to the recommended flow rate of 20mL/min, the target compound still peaks at the 4CV position, the column passage time is reduced by half, and the separation degree slightly decreases, but it still meets the actual purification requirements.
- Continue to double the recommended flow rate automatically calculated by the software (60 mL/min):
Compared to the recommended flow rate of 20mL/min, it is still possible to ensure that the target compound peaks at the 4CV position, greatly reducing the column passage time. However, the separation degree decreases significantly, so it is generally not recommended to use it during actual column passage.Yamazen*The gradient column method can control the peak position of the target compound, and according to the automatically established method, the target compound is eluted at the 4CV position, achieving efficient sample purification.YamazenIt is a Japanese brand with over 40 years of experience in low-pressure preparative chromatography, and has many loyal users such as GlaxoSmith Kline, Novartis, Pfizer, Roche, AstraZeneca, etc. The products are sold to various related research institutions and enterprises in North America, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Australia, Southeast Asia and other countries, occupying an important position in the field of low-pressure preparative chromatographyTongwei Company was established in 2002 in Zhangjiang High tech Park, Shanghai.
