On July 7, 2017, Tongtian made an appointment with you at Shanghai Jiao Tong University to give a lecture on the application of high-speed countercurrent chromatography
Date: 2017-03-01Read: 6

Report content introduction:

High Speed Counter Current Chromatography, as a modern mainstream separation and purification preparation technology, has been maturely applied to the separation and purification preparation of natural products with its separation theory, and has better separation effects in more fields, such as the separation and purification of microbial fermentation active substances, the discovery and preparation of effective new compounds in the ocean, and the separation and purification of chemical chiral substances.

High speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) technology is playing an increasingly important role due to its high purification and preparation efficiency, low operating consumables cost, great protection of active substances, and high recovery rate.

Report time: March 7th, 2017 (Tuesday), 1:30 PM

Report location: Conference Room 317-319, Analysis and Testing Center

Reporter:

Dr. Wang Weina, graduated from the Environmental Engineering Department of the Ecological Environment Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, has many years of experience in high-speed countercurrent chromatography research, including cyclosporin A, B, C, D; Separation of Bicyclic Streptomycin; Extraction of Berberine A and Berberine B from Fritillaria; Research on the extraction methods of syringin and syringin E in the extract of Acanthopanax senticosus, as well as saponin components in the extract of soybean saponins; Separation and purification of erythromycin; Research on the preparation process of high-purity aloin isomers and ginsenoside compounds using high-speed countercurrent chromatography.
