The main reason for the slow heating of the box furnace during use

box furnaceAlso known as muffle furnace. Suitable for industries and departments such as electricity, coal, papermaking, petrochemicals, cement, agriculture and animal husbandry, pharmaceutical research, and teaching. Compared to tube furnaces, box furnaces have much larger furnace interior space. Only a furnace with such high temperature and large chamber can melt relatively hard and large materials. However, some teachers may encounter situations where the furnace temperature cannot rise or does not heat up during use, such as when the box furnace is set to10 ℃/min, but the furnace only heated up by 1 ℃ in 1 minute, which affected the experiment and made it impossible to proceed. In this situation, many teachers first think of waiting for technicians to come and repair. It takes at least one day for technicians to come from other places, which not only wastes teachers' work time but also causes economic losses. Actually, you can first understand the general reasons why the temperature of the box furnace cannot rise, and then investigate and analyze them one by one. Below, Henan Chengyi, a manufacturer of box type furnaces, will introduce some common reasons why the furnace temperature cannot rise:
The voltage of the entire circuit is too low to meet the rated voltage standard of the box furnace.
2. Whether the heating element is short circuited, broken, or has poor contact with the cold end aluminum strip.
3. The sealing performance of the box furnace is poor.
5. Excessive supply of protective gas.
6. Improper positioning of thermocouple temperature measurement points.
