Abnormal handling method for multi control vehicle mounted nuclear, biological and chemical monitoring system
Date: 2025-09-05Read: 0
When dealing with anomalies in a multi control vehicle mounted nuclear, biological, and chemical monitoring system, it is necessary to combine hardware protection, system monitoring, application layer strategies, and professional maintenance processes. The following are specific methods for handling anomalies:
1、 Hardware layer protection and inspection
Signal transmission cable inspection: If there is a signal abnormality in the system, first check the insulation performance of the signal transmission cable. Use professional testing equipment to check the insulation resistance value of the cable, ensuring that it is greater than the specified value (such as 4T Ω, 1000V). If it is found that the insulation performance does not meet the requirements, it is necessary to check whether the cable joint is made properly to avoid short circuiting between the core wire and the shielding wire. At the same time, check the surface cleanliness of the cable insulation material, clean or cut off the damp cable parts if necessary, and seal the cable joints.
Equipment plug-in and cable inspection: Regularly check whether the equipment plug-in is loose or damaged, and whether the cable is damaged or aged. If any problems are found, replace or repair the relevant components in a timely manner to ensure the stability and reliability of the system hardware.
2、 System level monitoring and warning
Real time monitoring and data recording: Use the system monitoring unit to monitor the on-board nuclear, chemical, and biological monitoring equipment in real time, recording key information such as equipment operation status and monitoring data. By analyzing data, potential anomalies or fault trends can be identified in a timely manner.
Abnormal warning and alarm mechanism: Set reasonable warning thresholds and alarm conditions. When monitoring data exceeds the normal range or equipment operation status is abnormal, the system automatically triggers the warning or alarm mechanism. Notify relevant personnel in a timely manner for handling through sound and light alarms, SMS notifications, and other means.
3、 Application layer strategy and recovery
Error detection and classification: Design an error detection mechanism at the application layer to perform real-time detection and classification of errors that occur during system operation. Develop corresponding handling strategies based on the severity and scope of the error.
Error recovery and downgrade mode: For recoverable errors, the system automatically attempts recovery operations or provides recovery suggestions. For errors that cannot be immediately recovered, the system enters downgrade mode to ensure that core functions are not affected. For example, when a critical signal is lost due to an abnormal CAN bus, the system can use default values to replace the lost signal and record error logs for subsequent analysis.
Multi threaded resource competition solution: To address potential resource competition issues in multi-threaded environments, solutions such as priority ceiling protocol and lock retrieval timeout mechanism are adopted. Ensure that the system can still run stably in high concurrency scenarios.
4、 Professional maintenance and troubleshooting
Regular maintenance and upkeep: Develop a detailed equipment maintenance plan and regularly clean, inspect, calibrate, and perform other maintenance work on the onboard nuclear, chemical, and biological monitoring system. Ensure that the equipment is in optimal working condition and extend its service life.
Troubleshooting and repair: When a system malfunction occurs, follow the troubleshooting process to gradually locate the cause of the problem. Utilize professional tools and equipment to detect and repair faulty components. For complex faults or faults that cannot be immediately repaired, promptly contact equipment suppliers or professional maintenance agencies for handling.
Maintenance records and experience summary: Establish a comprehensive maintenance record system to provide detailed records of each maintenance and fault handling. By summarizing and analyzing experience, continuously optimizing maintenance processes and fault handling strategies, and improving system stability and reliability.
