Circular electric water bath nitrogen blowerBy utilizing blow sweep capture technology and temperature controlled heating of the sample, inert gases such as nitrogen can be rapidly, controllably, and continuously blown onto the surface of the sample to achieve rapid anaerobic concentration of the sample solution. This method has the characteristics of time-saving, convenience, and accuracy. Widely used in fields such as food safety, medicine, pesticide residue detection, clinical pharmacokinetics, etc.
Application of circular electric water bath nitrogen blowing instrument in pesticide residue analysis:
1. Sample concentration
Place the extract of agricultural products (such as vegetables, fruits, etc.) containing pesticide residues in a test tube and place it in a water bath nitrogen blower. By heating and nitrogen purging, the solvent is rapidly evaporated to achieve sample concentration. When detecting organic phosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables, the extracted solution of the processed vegetable sample can be placed in a test tube and concentrated to an appropriate volume in a short period of time using an instrument for subsequent detection.
2. Separation and purification
The blowing effect of nitrogen can separate pesticide residues from the sample matrix and other interfering substances. Due to the differences in volatility and solubility of different substances, pesticide residues can be selectively enriched or separated under specific conditions. For example, for some volatile and low boiling pesticides, the detection purity can be improved by controlling the temperature and nitrogen flow rate to separate them from other high boiling impurities.
3. Quantitative analysis
Cooperate with gas chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography and other detection instruments to accurately quantify the pre treated samples. The water bath nitrogen blower can ensure consistent processing conditions for each sample, reduce errors, and thus improve the accuracy and reliability of quantitative analysis. When detecting residues of carbamate pesticides in grains, using this instrument to preprocess the sample and then analyzing it using high-performance liquid chromatography can obtain accurate pesticide content data.
4. Processing of multiple batches of samples
Having multiple sample grades allows for simultaneous processing of multiple samples, greatly improving work efficiency. This is very advantageous for quality sampling of large-scale agricultural products and screening for multiple pesticide residues in complex sample systems. For example, when conducting pesticide residue testing on a large number of vegetable samples in a farmer's market, multiple vegetable extract samples can be placed into the instrument for processing at once to quickly obtain the test results.
5. Quality control
Strict quality control is required throughout the entire pesticide residue analysis process, from sample pretreatment to final detection. The use of nitrogen blowing instruments can reduce errors caused by human factors, ensuring the stability and repeatability of experimental results. Meanwhile, its simple operation and easy control also contribute to improving the overall quality management level of the laboratory.
