At the 2024 American Society for Mass Spectrometry (ASMS) conference, SCIEX, an innovator in life science analytical technology, launched the SCIEX 7500+system, which is a mass spectrometer in the SCIEX quantitative product portfolio, continuing the tradition of reliable and sensitive quantification. Although sensitivity is crucial for solving analytical challenges, scientists are facing the challenges of accelerating delivery dates and obtaining quantitative results from complex samples. The SCIEX 7500+system provides scientists with a dual guarantee of sensitivity and durability in real-time.

SCIEX 7500+system
The SCIEX 7500+system provides stronger adaptability across a wide range of sample types and workflows, and enhances user maintainability.
Mass Guard
Mass Guard technology, including the ability to actively filter potential contaminating ions. It reduces the risk and frequency of instrument contamination, especially when dealing with complex substrates, maintaining high sensitivity performance of the instrument for up to twice the time compared to existing SCIEX technology.
DJet+
The DJet+injection component is detachable, allowing for front-end maintenance and maximizing the system's runtime.
800 MRM/s
The SCIEX 7500+system can perform 800 Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM) per second, making it the fastest triple quadrupole mass spectrometer in SCIEX. This improvement expands the application scope and quantitative ability of the large array of compounds, covering more new compounds, thereby improving the overall work efficiency of the laboratory.
SCIEX OS
Thanks to the new features in SCIEX OS software, users can track instrument performance and automate the decision-making process, thereby reducing the possibility of duplicate testing.
Dry pump selection
The instrument is compatible with dry vacuum pumps, which reduce power consumption by 24% compared to oil pumps.
SCIEX President Joe Fox stated, "Over the years, we have collaborated with experts from various fields to develop breakthrough quantitative solutions. We have noticed an increasing demand for detecting diverse samples with high sensitivity. The SCIEX 7500+system can not only cover increasingly complex matrix samples, but also ensure that the instrument maintains excellent performance for a longer period of time. ”
