Working principle of PCP incinerator
Date: 2025-12-02Read: 2
PCP incineratorIt is an efficient and environmentally friendly harmless treatment equipment, mainly used to treat hazardous waste containing PCP and other industrial waste, and decompose pollutants through high-temperature incineration.
PCP incineratorThe combustion of coal, fuel oil, natural gas and other fuels creates a high-temperature environment, which oxidizes and decomposes waste containing PCP at high temperatures, producing harmless substances such as carbon dioxide and water vapor. The working process usually includes the following steps:
Pre treatment: Properly treat waste containing PCP, such as crushing, mixing, etc., to make its particle size and state suitable for incineration.
Feeding: The pre treated waste is slowly and evenly fed into the incinerator through a specialized feeding device.
Incineration: Under high temperature conditions, organic matter in waste is oxidized and decomposed, generating gases and residues. During the incineration process, by adjusting the excess air coefficient and combustion temperature, it is ensured that the waste is fully burned and the generation of harmful substances is reduced.
Flue gas purification: The flue gas generated from incineration is purified by equipment such as rapid cooling acid removal tower, bag filter, activated carbon adsorption device, etc., to remove harmful substances such as large particulate pollutants, dioxins, heavy metals, etc. from the flue gas.
Thermal energy recovery: The heat generated during incineration can be converted into steam or hot water for power generation or heating, achieving energy recovery and utilization.
