Intelligent RO Pure Water SystemThe fault diagnosis methods mainly include the following:

Power and line inspection:

Check if the power circuit is normal and ensure stable power supply.

Check if the fuse is damaged, and replace it promptly if it is damaged.

Check if the thermal protection component has been reset. If it has not been reset, it needs to be manually reset.

Inspection of water pump and solenoid valve:

Check if the water pump is working properly, including whether the installation direction of the pump is correct and whether there is air inside the pump.

Check if the wiring of the solenoid valve is good and if the solenoid valve can be opened and closed normally.

Inspection of filter element and membrane components:

Check if the pre filter element is clogged, and if it is clogged, it should be cleaned or replaced in a timely manner.

Check if the RO membrane is clogged or malfunctioning, which can be solved by chemical cleaning or replacing the RO membrane.

Check if the rear activated carbon has failed, and if it has failed, replace it with a new activated carbon.

Pressure and water level inspection:

Check if the system pressure is normal. If the pressure is insufficient, adjust the pressure regulating valve.

Check if the pressure of the water storage pressure tank is normal, and adjust it if the pressure is too high or too low.

Check if the high voltage switch or water level controller is malfunctioning, and replace it if necessary.

Leakage and noise inspection:

Check if there are any leakage points in the entire pipeline system, and repair them promptly if there are any leaks.

Check if there is any abnormal noise during the operation of the machine. If there is any noise, check if the check valve, high-pressure pump and other components are normal.

Water quality and TDS value inspection:

Check if the pure water quality meets the standard. If the TDS value is too high, check if the RO membrane removal rate has decreased and if the pre filter element has not been replaced in a timely manner.

Check if the quality of the raw water meets the requirements. If the quality of the raw water is poor, it may cause the filter element to clog prematurely.
