Heterochromatic and Alien Screening InstrumentIt is an instrument specifically designed for detecting and analyzing color and shape defects in materials, which combines optical principles, image processing technology, and automation control technology. It illuminates the material through a light source and uses optical sensors to capture the light signals reflected and transmitted by the material. These light signals are analyzed by an image processing system to determine the presence of color or shape defects based on the characteristics of the material. Once abnormal colors or shapes are detected, the system will transmit a signal to the rejection system to control the corresponding device to remove defective products.
Heterochromatic and Alien Screening InstrumentRegular maintenance:
1. Optical system calibration
Calibration of equipment is required weekly to ensure the accuracy of color and shape detection
Verify with standard samples (such as qualified products, typical color/shape defect samples). If the detection accuracy decreases (such as missed or false detections), recalibrate the optical parameters (such as white balance, grayscale threshold, shape template) according to the instructions.
Check whether the brightness of the light source is uniform: If the LED beads are damaged or the brightness is attenuated, replace them with the same type of light source in a timely manner (to avoid detection errors caused by uneven lighting).
2. Electrical and connection component inspection
Check whether the power and data cables are securely connected, whether they are damaged or aged, and whether the plugs and sockets are loose (to prevent poor contact from causing faults).
Open the device casing (power-off operation), clean the internal dust (using a vacuum cleaner or soft bristled brush), and focus on cleaning the dust accumulation on the circuit board and cooling fan (to avoid overheating of components due to poor heat dissipation).
Check the wiring terminals of control components such as relays and solenoid valves. If there is oxidation or looseness, polish them with fine sandpaper and tighten them again.
3. Mechanical structure maintenance
Lubricate the transmission components (such as gears, bearings, and guide rails) monthly, and select appropriate lubricating oil (such as butter and engine oil) according to the equipment model to avoid excessive lubrication causing oil pollution to the materials.
Check if the equipment frame and fixing screws are loose, especially for parts that have been vibrating for a long time (such as sorting mechanisms), and tighten them in a timely manner to ensure equipment stability.
