Long filament online detectorIt is the core equipment for real-time quality monitoring and intelligent control in chemical fiber production. It provides data support for process optimization and quality control through multi-dimensional parameter detection and intelligent algorithm analysis. Usually, multimodal sensors such as optical, mechanical, and electrical sensors are integrated, combined with machine vision and deep learning algorithms to achieve non-contact dynamic detection. For example, the online intelligent detection system for the appearance of polyester filament roll packaging uses high-resolution industrial cameras and adaptive light sources to capture surface defects (such as fuzz, oil stains, poor molding, etc.) on the roll packaging through image self partitioning technology. Combined with a defect feature library, it achieves a 99.2% correct detection rate with a detection time of ≤ 4.4 seconds per ingot.
Long filament online detectorDaily maintenance:
1. Cleaning and dust prevention
Cleaning of optical lenses/sensors:
Wipe the surface of the lens or sensor with a dust-free cloth every day to remove dust, oil, or fiber residue.
Avoid using organic solvents such as alcohol and acetone (which may corrode the coating or coating).
Cleaning of shell and cables:
Regularly clean the dust or debris on the equipment casing, heat dissipation holes, and cables to prevent poor heat dissipation or signal interference.
2. Running status monitoring
Real time data check:
Check the initial parameters (such as zero point, range, and tension reference value) after daily startup to ensure they are normal.
Observe and detect whether the data is stable, whether there are any abnormal fluctuations or false alarms.
Alarm function test:
Trigger defect or tension limit alarm, confirm whether the sound and light prompts, screen markings, and linkage outputs (such as shutdown signals) are normal.
3. Environmental inspection
Temperature and humidity control:
Ensure that the surrounding environment of the equipment meets the working requirements (such as temperature 0~40 ℃, humidity ≤ 80%), and avoid condensation water damaging electrical components.
Vibration and electromagnetic interference:
Check if the equipment is far away from high-frequency electromagnetic devices (such as frequency converters and motors), and install shielding covers or grounding if necessary.
