Hollow fiber wet spinning is a chemical fiber preparation method based on solution spinning, and its core process includes four key steps: spinning solution preparation, extrusion forming, solidification and solidification, and post-treatment.

This technology is particularly suitable for polymer materials that cannot be melted and can only be dissolved in solvents, or natural polymer materials that are sensitive to temperature and easily degradable.

Wet spinning of skin core: Two different spinning solutions need to be prepared. The skin layer and core layer solutions are combined inside or at the outlet of the spinneret to form a fine stream with a skin core structure. After coagulation bath, hollow fibers are formed.
