Cell culture bottleIt is a commonly used container for cell culture in the laboratory, with various specifications and designs, suitable for cell culture needs of different scales. The specifications of cell culture bottles are usually expressed in terms of bottom area, commonly including T25, T75, T175, and T225. Different specifications of culture bottles are suitable for cell culture of different scales, for example, T25 is suitable for small-scale culture, while T225 is suitable for industrial production.

The disinfection methods mainly include the following:
UV disinfection: suitable for air, workbench surfaces, plastic culture plates, etc., with an irradiation time generally not less than 30 minutes.
Alcohol wiping: Using a 70% -75% alcohol solution to wipe the inner walls, shelves, and other parts of the culture bottle can effectively kill various bacteria and viruses.
High temperature moist heat disinfection: High pressure steam sterilization at 121 ℃ for 15-30 minutes can be used for high-temperature resistant metal parts (such as shelves).
Chemical disinfectant fumigation: such as peracetic acid or formaldehyde fumigation, sufficient ventilation is required to remove residues.
Dry heat disinfection: suitable for glassware, heated at 160 ℃ for 90-120 minutes.
