Glass slide centrifugeIt is an ideal choice for drying glass slides and can be used in refrigerated rooms.
1. Quiet and compact design.
2. Two glass slides can dry in just 10 seconds without splashing.
3. Reusable embedding boxes collect liquid from glass slides during centrifugation.
Daily cleaning and inspection:
Centrifugal chamber cleaning: After each use, the chamber should be cleaned with neutral detergent and wiped dry with a soft cloth to avoid chemical corrosion.
Condensed water treatment: After freezing and centrifugation, the cover should be opened to dry the condensed water to prevent rusting or freezing of the chamber.
Glass slide adapter inspection: Ensure that the centrifuge tube/glass slide is placed smoothly, the rubber pad is not detached, and the bottom is aligned with the center point.
Daily maintenance (after each use):
Clean condensate: After low-temperature centrifugation, immediately wipe the condensate in the chamber with a dry cloth to prevent rusting or freezing.
Check the adapter: Ensure that the slide rotor or adapter is not loose or corroded, and that the rubber pad is intact.
Regular maintenance:
Weekly maintenance:
Disassemble the rotor and clean it to avoid long-term contact between the rotor shaft and rotor, which may cause jamming.
Monthly maintenance:
Thoroughly clean the centrifuge chamber and rotor (if there is sample contamination, it should be dealt with immediately).
Check the sealing ring, door lock, and cooling system, and clean the dust.
Quarterly maintenance:
Lubricate the motor bearings and calibrate the speed accuracy.
Annual in-depth maintenance:
Comprehensive inspection: including motor performance, rotor dynamic balance, circuit system, etc. If necessary, replace vulnerable parts (such as sealing rings, speed measuring discs).
Long term shutdown maintenance
Remove the rotor and apply anti rust oil. Place a desiccant in the centrifuge chamber and run it for half an hour every week to prevent moisture.
