The common problems with hydraulic systems are pollution and oxidation, as well as possible wear and tear caused by hydraulic oil oxidation. Pollution mainly comes from water and solid pollutants (mainly fibers, dust, etc.); If the pollution level is high and the filtration equipment cannot handle it, it is necessary to treat it by changing the oil. The oxidation of hydraulic oil can also have a significant impact on the system. The additive elements in hydraulic oil are mainly zinc and phosphorus. After oxidation, the content of the additive elements will change, which will cause a change in the acid value of the hydraulic oil and ultimately affect the lubrication effect. The oil consumption of hydraulic systems is very large, ranging from a few tons to tens of tons. Therefore, if the oil is changed, the cost is very high.
By regularly tracking and monitoring the main physical and chemical indicators of lubricating oil used in hydraulic equipment, the degree of deterioration and pollution reasons of the equipment oil can be discovered in a timely manner, and guidance can be provided on adopting reasonable lubrication methods and oil change intervals.
The hydraulic system mainly uses anti-wear hydraulic oil. According to the characteristics of hydraulic oil, its specific detection parameters are viscosity, moisture, acid value, oxidation degree, pollution degree, element analysis, ferromagnetic particles, and abrasive particles.
