Intelligent integrated gas electric butterfly valve is a device used to control gas flow in gas pipelines, widely used in gas transportation, control and regulation systems. Installation Technical Instructions
1. Preparation before installation
Equipment inspection: Confirm whether the model, specifications, and performance indicators of the intelligent integrated gas electric butterfly valve meet the design requirements.
On site condition inspection:
Pipeline: Ensure that the size, material, and installation direction of the pipeline are consistent with the interface specifications of the butterfly valve.
Temperature and pressure: Confirm that the temperature and pressure of the installation environment meet the working conditions of the butterfly valve.
Power supply: Check if the power supply meets the voltage and power requirements of the electric drive part.
2. Installation location selection
Vertical and horizontal installation:
Electric butterfly valves can generally be installed on vertical or horizontal pipelines, but the installation direction should be selected according to the actual working conditions. For horizontal pipelines, the fluid flow direction of butterfly valves should be consistent with the flow direction of butterfly valves to avoid installation errors that may affect flow regulation and valve operation.
For vertical installation, the drive part of the butterfly valve should be installed facing up or down to prevent moisture and impurities from accumulating in the electric drive part, which may affect operation.
Space for installation location:
Ensure there is sufficient space around the valve for installation, maintenance, and operation. Especially for the electric drive part, sufficient space should be left for easy access to power lines, signal adjustment, etc.
The installation height should be appropriate for easy debugging and maintenance.
3. Installation steps
Butterfly valve and pipeline connection:
Connect the flange connection of the butterfly valve to the flange of the pipeline, ensuring a tight connection without any deviation or misalignment.
Use appropriate bolts for fixation, and adjust the tightening torque of the bolts according to the manufacturer's instructions to avoid over tightening or over loosening.
Use gaskets to seal the connection and ensure that there is no leakage at the connection.
Installation of electric drive part:
The electric drive part is usually integrated with the butterfly valve body, but in some cases it needs to be installed and debugged according to the site conditions.
Ensure that the connection between the electric drive part and the valve body is firm, and ensure that the electrical connection of the electric part meets relevant requirements.
The wiring terminals of the driver should be connected properly to ensure accurate transmission of control signals.
Install intelligent control module:
If the electric butterfly valve is equipped with an intelligent control module, it should be installed and connected with necessary sensors and communication interfaces according to the instructions.
Ensure that the control system can receive information from valve position sensors, flow sensors, pressure sensors, etc. for precise adjustment.
4. Electrical wiring
According to the requirements of the control system, connect the electric drive part to the power supply and control signals.
Power wiring: Connect appropriate power cords to ensure that the operating voltage and current of the electric drive system meet the equipment requirements.
Signal wiring: Connect the signal lines of the intelligent control module, including switch signals, analog signals, communication interfaces, and other signals.
Grounding: To ensure the safety of the electrical system, the metal casing of the electric butterfly valve should be grounded.
5. Debugging and Testing
Electric drive debugging:
After power on, first conduct a test on the electric drive part to confirm that the motor is running normally and the valve opening and closing actions are correct.
Check the flexibility of valve opening/closing and the zeroing accuracy of the electric drive part.
Intelligent control debugging:
Check the operation status of the intelligent control module to ensure that the equipment can accurately respond to control signals and provide real-time feedback on valve position, flow rate, and other data.
Debug the intelligent system to ensure that the automatic adjustment function is normal, and the valve opening can be adjusted according to the set parameters to optimize flow control.
Stress testing and flow testing:
Conduct tests separately under low and high pressure conditions to ensure that the electric butterfly valve can operate reliably under various working conditions.
Test the gas flow control function to ensure that the valve can be accurately adjusted.
6. Inspection and acceptance
Check whether all connection parts are firm and sealed, and confirm that there is no leakage.
Verify whether the electrical wiring is correct and ensure the transmission of control signals is error free.
Conduct final system testing to ensure the coordinated operation of the electric butterfly valve and the intelligent control system. The valve can operate on and off according to the control signal and adjust the flow rate.
7. Operation and maintenance
Regular inspection: Regularly check the operating status of butterfly valves and electric drive parts, especially whether the electrical connections are firm.
Cleaning and maintenance: Clean the dust and debris around the valve, keep the electric butterfly valve clean, and prevent dirt from affecting the valve.
System monitoring: Intelligent control systems usually have self diagnostic functions, which can help detect equipment failures and handle alarms. Regularly check the data of the control system and provide early warning of potential issues.
